On February 2, 2004, at Massasoit Conference Center in Brockton, Attorney Ira C. Fader, from MTA's Division of Legal Services addressed the Executive Board and Rep Council Members of the BEA. Offering guidance on a Rep's "Duty of Fair Representation" and other union member issues, Attorney Fader provided a structured training module for new and seasoned BEA representatives. Attorney Fader joined the MTA legal staff in 1990. He was formerly an attorney with the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission and clerked at the Massachusetts Superior Court.
